Basso wins duel with Bruno Magalhães

The Italian driver Giandomenico Basso ( Peugeot 207 S2000 ) today won for the fourth time , the Madeira Wine Rally , in his 54 . Edition , beating competition from the Portuguese Bruno Magalhaes .
